2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 307, 504, 506 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioners and co-accused Dharmendra Sao is that they assaulted the informant and his brother. The informant's brother suffered grievous injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31056 of 2025(6) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation against them is general and omnibus. No any independent witness has supported the prosecution case.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners along with co-accused Dharmendra Sao brutally assaulted the informant and his family members due to which, Nitish Ranjan Kumar (informant's brother) has suffered grievous injuries.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, it is rejected.

6. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, which shall be disposed of as early as possible on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
