2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023, G.R. No. 2948/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 307, 504, 341, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i), 35 of the Arms Act and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case is that for a money dispute the petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the informant who has caused injury in his thigh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023, G.R. No. 2948/2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Mansi Police Station on First and Third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. He will cooperate in the trial either by personally in the trial court on each and every date fixed for hearing. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
