2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 435 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 64 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 24.02.2026 in Cr. Misc. No. 68201 of 2025 which reads as follows:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 435 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 6i4 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of forcibly establishing physical relation with the victim.

4. From the records, it appears that the

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below and pray for regular bail.

4. This Court finds no ground to review its earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.
