Mr.Ram Sumiran Rai ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping and murder.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 2.8.2016 and till date only nine witnesses have been examined and three witnesses are still to be examined and there is no possibility of conclusion of trial in near future.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of the fact that trial is going on and only three witnesses are remained to be examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial by conducting it on regular basis, if possible.
