Petitioner, who superannuated on 30.6.1999 from the post of teacher, Middle School, Bataon Kala, Anchal Itadhi, District Buxar. prays for a direction to the respondents to refund the excess commuted pension amount along with interest on the said amount.

Respondent no.4 has filed counter affidavit stating that the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed by the concerned bank or by the office of the Accountant General,
