2. The present writ petition has been preferred for: quashing the awarded dated 16.05.2016 in L.A. case no. 17(IV)/2009-10 passed under "Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 which is amended award dated 04.01.2013 under section 3G of the national Highway Act, 1956 under Gazette notification dated 8.12.2010 without following mandatory requirements under section 24(2) of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4902 of 2017(2) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 RFCTLARR Act, 2013.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring petition before appropriate authority/competent Court in next four weeks.
4. If such petition is preferred in four weeks, the authority/Court shall see to it that the matter was pending before this Court for eight years while dealing with the limitation petition.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
