The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner has lifted and taken away the victim girl, but in the statement of victim girl recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure shows that she had gone to the house of the petitioner with her consent.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Md. Mustafa, be released on anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58255 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2 /2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - IV, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. (Sarai O.P.) Case No.89 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
