A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 6.

By referring to the statements made in the counter affidavit, it is submitted that the substantive retiral/outstanding dues of the petitioner have stood paid to him. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still certain grievance with regard to the payment of ACP and other dues, survives.

It is needless to say that, if there is still any grievance with regard to the payment of ACP and arrears of salary, the petitioner is at liberty to file a representation before the concerned authorities. If such a representation is filed, the concerned respondent authorities is under obligation to pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of.
