03-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners pray for bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. named accused persons are suspected to have killed the son of the informant. Petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioners has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and petitioners are nowhere related to Kanchan Kumari, with whom, there was love affairs of informant's son. Petitioners have got clean antecedent and they are in custody since 16.01.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41411 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.
