JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance of the petitioner left to be redressed is regarding payment of revised unutilized leave encashment amount as well as the arrears of salary.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he has received instructions and according to his instructions, the amount on the head of arrears of salary has already been credited to the account of the petitioner and as far as the revised unutilized leave encashment amount is concerned,
Patna High Court CWJC No.4826 of 2017(4) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 the same has been sanctioned and will be paid within a period of four weeks from today.
Considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I do not find any reason to keep the present writ petition pending, hence, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to ensure credit of the aforesaid amount within a period of four weeks from today, positively.
