The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that the petitioner submitted forged certificate for withdrawal of pension on the plea that he is handicapped, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
