A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3 stating therein that the arrears of salary, arising out of grant of ACP, has been calculated and the same has been deposited in the petitioner's savings bank account which was provided by the petitioner to the then Head Clerk of the Excise Office, Gopalganj. It has been specifically stated in paragraph 8 that entire retiral benefit of the petitioner has been paid and this Court's order has been fully complied with. There is no denial of the said statement. This contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped.
