The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that trial is at the advanced stage and it is likely to be concluded in near future as only the Investigating Officer and the Doctor are yet to be examined.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from today. The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months.
