The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 342, 370, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 of the Bounded Labour System Act, 1976 and Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in carrying away the boys below 14 years for providing job at different places.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that boys were taken for job with the consent of their parents and, therefore, he was doing social work for welfare of the poor people. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019.

No.29883 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 21.02.2019, the Court is incline to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No.24 of 2019 with the condition that both the bailors should be the elected representative of the local body.
