2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Alamganj PS Case No. 1168 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 303(2) of the BNS.

3. The allegation is that a motorcycle was stolen and three petitioners were arrested in another case where the stolen motorcycles were recovered from them. They were remanded in the instant case from that case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34655 of 2026(3) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 possession of the petitioners. Though motorcycles were recovered but they were subject matter of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 662 of 2025. The petitioners are in custody since 16.01.2026 and have got three criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in connection with Alamganj PS Case No. 1168 of 2025.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner. (Ansul, J) Siddharth Soni/- U T
