JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 In view of the stand of the State Government that the State Government is releasing fund from time to time to the Municipality to pay the outstanding dues of the employees whether it is the current salary or arrears of salary, the learned counsel for the respondent Nagar Panchayat, Mairwa, District Siwan submits that the salary of the petitioner shall be revised and the pension shall also be revised on the basis of the 6th Pay Revision recommendations and the arrears of such pensionary benefits shall be paid forthwith.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11563 of 2016(7) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 case, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to pay the revised pension and the arrears of such pensionary benefits to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Mairwa, District Siwan shall not draw his salary.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
