2. On the last occasion, when this case was called out, time was taken on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the case is called out, time is again being sought by learned counsel, Mr. Aaditya Kumar pandey, who is not even the Advocate on record of the petitioner. It appears that the learned counsel who holds Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the present case.
3. This case if of the year 2016, and therefore,
Patna High Court CWJC No.4847 of 2016(5) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 granting of any further indulgence in favour of the petitioner would not be in the interest of justice.
4. Therefore, this writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution by the petitioner.
