Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into compromise.

Considering the aforesaid, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail. The Court below is directed to consider the application for regular bail on the same day taking into account the subsequent developments including the compromise entered into between the parties.
