JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 In compliance of this Court's order dated 23.11.2022, the Registrar, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur is personally present. He has informed that this Court's order, violation of which, has been complained in the present contempt application has been implemented.

A show-cause reply to the aforesaid effect has been filed in the Registry, as informed by Mr. Mrigank Mauli, learned Senior Counsel representing the Registrar.

Patna High Court MJC No.989 of 2022(5) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the position that this Court's order dated 10.02.2022 passed in CWJC No. 1599 of 2022 as since been complied with.

Considering the subsequent conduct of the opposite party no. 5, by implementing this Court's order, in my opinion, no case is made out of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order.

This contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped. The order dated 23.11.2022, whereby the Registrar was restrained from discharging the function of his office stands recalled with effect from today.
