Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P. S. case no. 558/2018 registered under sections 272, 273 of the IPC and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that Indian made foreign liquors were recovered from Bhusal house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
