1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents authority to provide the body guard to the petitioner to save his life and property from the anti social element and criminals."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
