The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that from the seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28875 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 (Excise Case No. 233 of 2019), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
