ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khodawandpur (O.P.-Chhorahi) P.S. Case No.42 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 354B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and the allegation under Section 354B of the I.P.C. has been brought in only to add in

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that no specific overt act has been attributed to petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.3 is an old man. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhoul, District-Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur (O.P.-Chhorahi) P.S.
