The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.02.2019. He further submits that F.I.R. was registered against unknown and till date no TIP has been conducted. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and F.I.R. was registered against unknown, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
