2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed to challenge the letter under Memo No.1067 dated 22.11.2014 passed by the Disciplinary Authority and subsequently, challenged the order dated 02.03.2015 passed by the Divisional Commissioner in Service Appeal No.05 of 2015.

3. Counsel for the State submits that the punishment order has been framed on 02.03.2015 and the present writ petition has been filed on 08.04.2017. He further submits that the period of punishment was 2 years and after lapse of the said

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has already accepted the said punishment.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
