The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 284 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From F.I.R, it appears that three unknown persons have snatched purse having some money, Pan Card, Driving license and mobile etc. The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Mahto. He further submits that coaccused Pramod Mahto has granted regular bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.1.2018 in Crl. Misc. No. 3954 of 2018.

No.54906 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial, Magistrate, 1st Rosera, in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 284 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
