In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.378 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 467, 471, 426, 465, 466, 387, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners by a fraudulent act want to take possession of the land of the informant, who has purchased the land from Adarsh Sahkari Grih Samiti, Danapur.

No.29982 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 In course of the argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have purchased the land in the year 1992 and after that their land was mutated in their name and, accordingly, rent receipt was issued from time to time and the informant-opposite party no.2 has purchased the land in the year 2006.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 378 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
