Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 389 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 D.P. Act.

It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The informant made allegation that her husband, the present petitioner, and inlaws subjected her to cruelty for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

No.44223 of 2021(5) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter was referred to mediation center and after mediation both the parties are residing together in cordial atmosphere. The report of mediation center is available with the record which shows that the petitioner had taken the informant with him to her matrimonial house.

Considering the fact that the couple are residing together and cordial relation has been restored, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 389 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
