Petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the order of suspension dated 09.09.2016. In the instant case a counter affidavit was filed on behalf of respondents. It appears from the counter affidavit the Prapatra 'K' was issued vide memo no. 02 dated 22.02.2017 and thereafter the inquiry proceeded against the petitioner. On 07.07.2017 stand was taken that the enquiry is to be complicated

Patna High Court CWJC No.18773 of 2016(3) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 in near future we are in 2019 there is no further information as to the stage of proceeding from the counsel for the petitioner or the respondents.

In the aforesaid circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to conclude the departmental proceeding, if not already concluded within a period of fortnight from today, failing which order of suspension as well as departmental proceeding shall automatically stands and the petitioner shall be entitled to all consequential benefits. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
