The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a)(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said recoveries were made besides the Punpun River and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
