It is pointed out that there is typographical error in order dated 3.12.2018, wherein in the 3rd line of 2nd paragraph in stead of year 2013 it has wrongly been typed as 2017. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court would direct that the year 2017 mentioned in 3rd line of paragraph 2 of order dated 3.12.2018 be read as the year 2013. Order stands modified as directed.
