The petitione is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against her. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased is in jail. Further submission is that she has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her

No.30243 of 2020(3) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.
