The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2022 in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.54 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 200 litres of country made liquor from the bank of Sone river and not from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.02.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive

The petitioner will visit Chandi Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
