2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 313 , 323 , 504 498(A) , 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the D. P Act.

3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation vide mediation report dated 10.09.2024 kept at Flag 'M'.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as Opposite party No. 2 do not dispute the contention made on behalf of petitioner.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Purnia in Connection with Complaint Case No. 2552 of 2022 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to the petitioner shall abide by all the terms & conditions, mentioned in Memorandum of Agreement dated 04.09.2024 , before the Mediation Centre, kept at Flag 'M', failing which, learned Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail-bond of the petitioner.
