The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S.Case No.1121 of 2018 registered for an offence under Sections 364A, 302, 201 and 120B of the IPC. As per prosecution case, the informant has alleged that this petitioner and other accused persons have kidnapped his son.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. It is also submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He further submits that during course of investigation, the name of this petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Santosh Singh @ Santosh Kumar Singh
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 30206 of 2019(4) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.06.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.37684 of 2019 and petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2018. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S.Case No.1121 of 2018.
