The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2022 dated 31.05.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 354B and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that when the informant went to attend the call of nature, he caught hold of her and tried to commit rape and also assaulted her with pagharia causing injury to her on her cheek, nose and eyebrow. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to money transaction between the petitioner and the informant, this false case has been lodged against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the injury is simple in nature and

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2022.
