The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of altogether 92 litres of foreign liquor from the possession of the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. He submits that there is first offence of the petitioners. Petitioners are in judicial custody since 11.03.2019.

P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019.
