2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.
3. It is alleged that 30 liters of country made chullai liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The house in question from where the recovery has been made belongs to co-accused Roushan Kumar who was apprehended on the spot and disclosed the name of this petitioner. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid

Considering the fact that house in question belongs to co-accused Roushan Kumar, clean antecedent of petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge - VII- Cum - Special Judge Excise II Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj Police Station Case No. 44 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
