The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhakarbandha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18, 19 and 20 of U.A.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not a member of any antisocial group rather he has been made accused due to political rivalry as he was elected as Mukhiya in the year 2011 from his Gram Panchayat. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has also got antecedent other than this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gaya in connection with Chhakarbandha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020.
