2. It is not disputed at the Bar that the order dated 03.12.2010 passed in CWJC No. 16550 of 2009 has been complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the compliance is belated.
4. Learned counsel for the State pointed out to the relevant part of the order passed by the Collector, Bhojpur where it has been noted that the delay is attributable to the petitioner, as after filing the representation, he chose not to appear.

5. Be that as it may, when the order has been complied with, the Court finds no deliberate or wilful violation of the order of the Writ Court.
