The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khajouli P.S. Case No.225 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to political enmity. It is further submitted that no case under Sections 324 and 307 of the I.P.C. is made out against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner inflicted farsa blow on the head of Pappu Kumar Singh (son of the informant) as a result of which Pappu Kumar Singh sustained injury. Therefore, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41469 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
