The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 59 of 2019 arising out of Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 449 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78579 of 2018 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charges have been framed in this case on 13.03.2019 and there is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30025 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 allegation of tampering with the witnesses against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 24.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- V, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 449 of 2018.
