2. This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the investigating agency to conduct a free, proper

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.992 of 2023(3) dt.05-12-2023 2/2 and impartial investigation of Bihta P.S. Case No. 724 of 2018 registered under Section 376D of the Indian Penal Code as well as under the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed in which it is stated that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer has submitted a final report vide Report No. 149 of 2019 dated 10.05.2019 before the competent court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, the police report has not reached the court and in this regard he relies upon the ordersheet of the court annexed as Annexure '4' to the writ application.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the deponent of the counter affidavit to ensure that the police report is duly filed in the court of competent jurisdiction within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. This writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
