1. Learned counsel for the respective parties, on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority.

2. In the light of the Order dated 18.01.2020, passed in CWJC No. 3245 of 2017, the present petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke statutory remedy of appeal before the appellate authority.

3. In the event of filing memorandum of appeal before the appellate authority, the appellate authority is hereby directed to
