The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 15 litres country made liquor was allegedly recovered from a motorcycle. The person found on the motorcycle disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of
