The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.233 of 2021 (wrongly mentioned as Dinara P.S. Case No.23382021 in the prayer portion of the bail petition), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner being the mother-in-law of the deceased and other co-accused persons are said to have killed the deceased and burnt her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail

It is further submitted that the petitioner is motherin-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.233 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
