2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. Case No. 04 of 2019, T.R. No. 976 of 2024 in which, cognizance has been taken under Sections 498(A) & 494 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. As jointly submitted, the parties have decided to resolve the dispute and it has been decided that the petitioner has to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lacs) to the opposite party No. 2 as one time settlement.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30286 of 2025(6) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with C.R. Case No. 04 of 2019, T.R. No. 976 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

6. The petitioner shall make payment of the full amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- within a period of three weeks.

7. It is made clear that Rs. 50,000/- will be paid to the opposite party No. 2 at the time of furnishing bail bonds and the rest amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- shall be paid within a period of three months from the date of order.

8. The bail bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed only after payment of rest amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- to the opposite party No. 2.

9. After payment of the entire money, the learned trial court shall not proceed with the trial and the record shall be deemed to be disposed of and it shall be consigned. A.K.V.//- (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) U T
