Appeal of the petitioner bearing Anganbari Appeal No. 116 of 2015 has been dismissed by the Court of Collector, Darbhanga on 2.9.2016 due to repeated non appearance of the appellant/petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing restoration petition so as to facilitate disposal of her appeal on merits.
