Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. The prayer is rejected.
However, the rejection of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail. The Court below is directed to dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day without being prejudiced by rejection of the anticipatory bail application.
