The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.04.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ara in Complaint Case No. 81(C)/2013 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Report dated 12.01.2018 says that charge was framed on 13.10.2017 and one witness, after charge, was examined on 21.01.2018.
